To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.


As our Global Promo Apparel Demand Planner, you will develop demand forecasts used by Supply, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, and Sourcing teams to drive critical business processes. You'll collaborate with business partners to grow on time deliveries through improved forecast accuracy, while minimizing risks, cost and inventory. Furthermore, you will deliver meaningful demand analysis and insights to business leadership and cross-functional partners, while partnering with Sports Marketing and Product Management to drive operational metric improvements based on insights gained.

You will identify issues and opportunities to improve key demand planning metrics, establish action plans to improve demand planning practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You'll also ensure consistency and standardization across our demand planning landscape when appropriate.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Forecasting related discipline
  • 2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • 2 years of directly relevant work experience
  • Strong information seeking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, strong emphasis in Excel
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking)
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Product process and commercialization knowledge preferred
  • Experience with SAP/APO, Cognos or other advanced planning systems preferred
